Steve has committed most of his life to cycling and the promotion of cycling in the community. He is the founder and president of a local free-standing Cycling Without Age chapter in Sidney BC. He is the leader of the regional “Bike to Work” team, developer and leader of the children’s “Bike to Farm” program and an international bike tour operator and guide. When Steve was not biking, he worked as a Management Consultant and operated his own independent business for over 30 years.

Dave brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to community service to his retirement years. Recognized for his outstanding community service, Dave served as President of Goodwill Industries EKL (Essex, Kent and Lambton Counties) for 18 years where he championed environmental initiatives such as e-waste programs and zero-waste initiatives. His dedication to environmental initiatives earned him the Member of the Year award from the Chamber of Commerce. Dave remains passionate about promoting social enterprise and collaboration in the social services sector.

Bob is a retired energy sector professional with extensive experience in management, internal consulting and organizational development. Known for his dedication to community service, Bob has served on various non-profit boards and executive committees in diverse capacities. His lifelong commitment to volunteering particularly in service for youth, seniors and the disabled, showcases his passion for making a difference. Bob is an active volunteer with the Nelson BC Cycling Without Age chapter.

Nancy is a highly experienced Chartered Professional Accountant with over 35 years in financial management, primarily in higher education and healthcare. Notably, she served as Executive Director of Strategic Projects at McMaster University, overseeing major initiatives. Her expertise extends to government and policy, as seen in her roles on the board of Myeloma Canada and as Co-Founder of the vibrant Hamilton/Burlington ON Cycling Without Age chapter.

Ramin is a seasoned IT product leader with over a decade of experience scaling product teams, driving revenue growth, and securing major enterprise clients. He currently leads product and team development at a fast-growing health tech company. Beyond his professional work, Ramin is actively involved in community leadership, having supported global initiatives such as Cycling Without Age Singapore and led the International Dragon Boat Community of 13 teams.
